Order Information

Do I need an account to order?

Customer accounts are highly recommended, but are not required to checkout on Crystal Elevations.

What are the benefits of having an account?

You can register an account with your email, your phone number, or a social login. Using a customer account will allow you to:

  • View your order history
  • Manage your shipping and billing addresses
  • View and manage your wishlist
  • Track your packages from within your dashboard
  • Checkout more quickly on our store
  • Manage your communication preferences
  • Save your shopping cart for later

How do I change an order after I've placed it?

If you need to edit an order for any reason, please contact us at support@crystalelevations.com before 2pm PST and we'll do the best we can to accommodate your requests.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

You can email us with a photo of the product you received, and we'll be happy to replace the item or offer you a credit.

How do I cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel your order for a refund or credit, email our support team at support@crystalelevations.com before 2pm PST and we'll be happy to take care of you.

Payments

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Payments, and Quadpay. We do not store credit card information.

How do I enter discount codes?

You can enter discount codes in your shopping cart, or during checkout.

Why was my card declined?
Please make sure you enter these correct details:
  • Credit card number
  • CVV code
  • Billing address
Here are some additional tips:
  • Disable any proxy servers
  • Enable cookies on your browser
  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure that there are enough funds on your account
Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. We offer Quadpay on all orders over $50. Quadpay is a payment platform which allows you to split your payments into four easy installments without the hassle of extra interest or fees. Simply select the Quadpay option during checkout and you'll be guided through the rest.

How do refunds work?


If for any reason you may require a refund, please email our team at support@crystalelevations.com. If you are eligible for a partial or full refund, we will send you an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated. The refund amount will be returned to your original form of payment in 2 to 4 business days after receiving the email.

Shipping & Tracking  

How long will it take to get my package?

All orders placed before 2pm PST will be shipped the same day using the shipping service you selected.

  • USPS First Class: 2 to 6 business days.
  • USPS Priority: 2 to 3 business days.
  • UPS® Ground: 2 to 6 business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air®: 1 business day. Not available in all areas.

How do I track my package?

Tracking your package has never been more easy! After you place your order, here's what happens:

  1. We'll send you an order confirmation
  2. When your order has been packaged, we'll send you an email containing your tracking information, and the following:
    • Live Package Tracker: Track your packages on a map with live updates from your selected courier within your customer account.
    • Text Notifications: If you entered your phone number, you'll get SMS text updates about your package and delivery updates - no account required!
    • Courier Tracking: Ordered as a guest? No worries, your confirmation email will contain a link to track your package on USPS or UPS directly.
  3. When your package has been delivered, you'll get an email notification and/or an SMS letting you know it's in your mailbox, or at your door.
    My tracking page isn't updating

    When you receive your tracking information, it means we've printed out the shipping label, and your package is waiting to be scanned into the USPS or UPS system. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to show movement.

    Can I change the shipping address after it's been shipped?

    We understand mistakes can happen, and we're happy to try to correct it before delivery. Please contact our support team at support@crystalelevations.com as soon as you're aware of the issue. If the couriers are unable to change the destination, it's common that they will hold the package at their facility for pickup. Please note that the couriers may require an additional fee.

    What is Quadpay?

    Quadpay is a payment platform enabling customers to pay for their purchases over 4 easy installments. We offer Quadpay on all orders over $50.

    How do I use Quadpay

    If your order is eligible for Quadpay, you will see it as a payment option during checkout. Selecting this option will redirect you to the Quadpay website so that you can create an account with them and continue with your purchase.

    Are there any credit inquiries?

    Quadpay makes no inquiries on your credit report, and all customers are eligible regardless of credit score.

    Are there any fees?

    Quadpay is interest-free, and does not have any fees, so long as you make your payments on time. Missed payments will incur a $7 late charge, with a $14 maximum charge over any purchase.
