Shipping policy

We've put great effort into making the shipping process fast and worry-free. At Crystal Elevations, you can expect the following after you place your order.

Order Tracking. Don't want the hassle of tracking your shipments? Simply enter your phone number in your account and opt-in for SMS notifications, and we'll text you when your order has been accepted, packaged, and shipped, along with your tracking number and link to track your package. Don't want texts? No worries. You can do all the same great things from your customer account.

Same-Day Shipping. Some companies take up to 3 days (or longer!) to even ship their customer's orders. We'll get it out the same-day. Simply order by the cutoff time described below:

Quality Packaging. We take the safe arrival of your package very seriously, and that's why we professionally package every order with great care. Since each type of crystal requires different types of shipping materials, we use an assortment of bubble wrap, foam, paper, and other materials in the process.

Shipping Time. We offer several shipping rates to choose from including next-day delivery, ground rates, and priority rates with UPS and USPS. You can view an estimate of your shipping time after you add your shipping address during checkout.
